Building a Contract Template

Contract templates are comprised of standard and custom tags and static text formatted to meet your requirements. Use standard and user tags to create contract templates that contain the same data, e.g., logo, employee name and address, salary and benefits, legal statements, signatures, and signature lines. You may create one active contract template for each contract code defined in LINQ ERP.

A contract template has three sections:

Use the Page Formats on the General tab to set the page, header, and footer margins. Use the Rich Text Editor on the Header, Body, and Footer tabs to apply font and paragraph formats to the contract header, body, and footer tags and text.

Prerequisite

In the LINQ ERP Human Resource module, use the Contract Codes page – HMCTC01A to define the contract codes to be assigned to contract templates in LINQ EP.
