Touring the My Contracts Page

Use the My Contracts page in the Employee Interface to view employee contract history and electronically sign your latest employee contract. You can print any contract when viewing it in the PDF Viewer.

You will receive an e-mail notification when your employee contract is ready to sign. Use the linkClick a link to display the corresponding page. Links display with blue text. provided in the e-mail message or your standard practice to launch LINQ EP and sign the contract.

You may also receive an e-mail message reminding you to sign your contract.

Employee Contracts Grid 

The following icons and links are available in the Employee Contracts grid.

Click the Filter icon to display the Filter boxes at the top of each column. Use the Filter boxes to filter the grid.

Contract Name

Each Contract Name displayed in the contract name column is a link. Click this link to view the associated employee contract in a PDF viewer.

Click the Pencil icon to electronically sign your employee contract.

Employee Contracts Grid

The Employee Contracts grid displays your published contracts. The following table defines each column included in the grid.

Column Heading Description

Contract Name

This column shows the name of each published contract.

Each contract name is a link. Click this link to display the associated contract.

Contract Year

This column displays the contract year to which the contract applies.

Contract Date

This column displays the date the contract was published.

Date Signed

This column displays the date and time the contract was signed.

Date Archived

This column displays the date and time the contract was archived. A date displays in this field only when the organization has implemented LINQ ERP Archive.

Status

This column displays the status of each contract: Unsigned, Signed, and, if applicable, Archived.

Viewing Your Employee Contract

Follow these steps to view an employee contract.

  1. In the Employee Contracts Grid, click the Contract Name link that corresponds to the contract to view. The contract opens in a PDF Viewer.

  2. Optionally, click the Printer icon or File > Print to print the contract.

Signing Your Employee Contract Electronically

Follow these steps to electronically sign a contract.

Note: Contact your administrator if you type an incorrect signature, e.g., forget the middle initial, make a typographical error, etc. Your administrator can clear your signature (change status to unsigned) so that you can re-sign your contract.

 

  1. In the Employee Contracts grid, click the Edit icon that corresponds to the contract to be signed. The Sign Contract page appears.

  2. In the Employee Signature field, type your name exactly as it appears in your signature.

 

Important Tip: Make sure your signature is correct before signing the contract. You cannot modify or change the signature after the contract is signed.

  1. Click the Accept and Sign button. The Employee Contracts grid displays the current date and time in the Date Signed column for the signed contract. The Edit icon is disabled because changes to a signed contract are not allowed.
